My Little Man Turned 9 months yesterday!

I am so fortunate of having such a happy baby. He is going to his 9 months check-up today. So after that, he won't be so happy. I hope the doctor tells me he is right on track or better. All of my 3 children, including my husband's daughter, are ALL a blessing and I enjoy every single minute with them. God gave me the blessing of bearing children and see them grow as young adults. Even though they are growing, I will always see them as my babies.

Afterwards, I have my 5 week check up after my hysterectomy. Wish me luck!!!

I Have Not Forgotten!

It has been a long and exhausting two weeks. I am almost recovered from my hysterectomy and in August, I will be having my next surgery. Man, what a year it has been! Love having the kiddos home and being able to feel useful again. In my opinion, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. I apologize for being gone, but will be checking the blogs I follow to leave some comments. I will be posting a longer post about my family and everything that has been going on. Having a Bad Day!

Today, I woke up in a rush to get Elizabeth ready for school. Verónica then woke up wanting to go bye-bye. I told her, we will go bye-bye when I get home. I had to run some errands today and decided to take her along. We had an interesting time together.
But by the time 11 a.m. came, my body went from OK to completely in pain. It did not help that last night, I would frequently wake up because of my cramps. During the day, I had to just lay down and just have pillows put pressure around my thighs, legs, stomach, etc. I feel so not good. Elizabeth thought it was funny, so when I went outside to see them play, she took a very ugly picture of me. I will post over the weekend. Well, I will stop writing for now so I can go to bed. I took a Vicodin at 7pm and now I will take Motrin to see if I can sleep better tonight. I hope you all have a wonderful night.

This Weekend...

This weekend, I will be definitely setting up my page. I will be posting pictures of my family, my hobbies, etc. So you my beloved readers, can get to know me a little bit more. I greatly thank you for all your prayers and all your wishes. I Bless You All and you have earned a place in my heart.

One Week since my surgery!

Today is one week since I had to have a full hysterectomy. I am still in pain and have to remind myself not to lift anything. So basically, I feel useless! I have always been the kind of person that likes doing everything herself and since the surgery, no matter how much I try, my body can't take it. I see my son, crawling and reaching for me and my youngest daughter, call for me or wanting to lay on my stomach and I can't give them the full attention and playfull things I used to. But it frustrates me that I am not able to do ALL the things I was able to do a week ago. I still have 5 more weeks to not lift anything beyond 10lbs or over exert myself and hopefully by then, all this pain will go away. Sorry, I'm rambling because I feel useless and not productive. I don't feel myself at this moment. I just pray that this recovery be fast so I can do Mommy stuff and be there when my 3 children need me and not in pain.

Little Ron is 8 months today!!!

My amazing and adorable son is 8 months today! It is indescribable how much he has grown and how many things he learns as the days pass by. It has been a blessing that he was even born but thank God everyday that I have my little man!
